Mit dem Sika SikaBond-52 Parkettkleber werden Massivparkett, Stabparkett (Nut und Feder), Mosaikparkett, Fertigparkett sowie Dielen und Hochkantlamellen schnell und sicher verklebt. Der einkomponentige, gebrauchsfertige Klebstoff ist lösemittelfrei, geruchsneutral und sorgt für eine elastische, trittschalldämpfende Verklebung.

Technische Details und Verarbeitung
Nach etwa 12 Stunden ist der Belag bei 23 °C und bis 1 mm Klebstoffdicke belast- und schleifbar. Der Untergrund muss tragfähig, eben, sauber, trocken sowie frei von trennenden Substanzen sein und wird passend grundiert. Den Klebstoff mit der vorgeschriebenen Zahnung auftragen, das Parkett innerhalb der offenen Zeit einlegen und andrücken; die Elemente bis zur Aushärtung fixieren. Werkzeug direkt nach Gebrauch reinigen. Herstellerangaben zu Zahnung, offener Zeit und Belastbarkeit beachten.

Frequently asked questions
How dry does the screed need to be for SikaBond-52?
Without underfloor heating: 2.0 CM-% for cement screed and 0.5 CM-% for calcium sulphate screed. With underfloor heating: 1.8 CM-% for cement screed and 0.3 CM-% for calcium sulphate screed. When measuring, follow TKB Technical Bulletin 16.
What do I need to consider with underfloor heating?
With heated screeds, the substrate temperature must be +18 °C during laying and until fully set, and must not exceed 22 °C. Without heated screed, a minimum of +15 °C applies.
Do I need a primer for SikaBond-52?
On concrete, cement and calcium sulphate screeds, chipboard and ceramic tiles, it can be laid without primer. Pre-treat sanded mastic asphalt screeds and concrete or cement screeds with increased residual moisture with Sika Primer MB Rapid. Only use the recommended primers.
Can I bond parquet to old tiles with SikaBond-52?
Yes, after preparation: degrease glazed tiles or old ceramic coverings, pre-treat with a suitable deep cleaner, sand and vacuum with an industrial vacuum cleaner. Carry out a test bond before use on glazed tiles.
Is SikaBond-52 suitable for smoked, stained or very oily woods?
Only with written approval from Sika Product Service. This applies to chemically pre-treated wooden floors (e.g. ammonia-treated, stained or treated with wood preservatives) and very oily types of wood.
On which materials must SikaBond-52 not be used?
Not on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE/Teflon or certain plasticised materials. Do not allow uncured adhesive to come into contact with products containing alcohol, as this can interfere with curing.
What gap to the wall do I need to leave when bonding?
Leave a gap of 10–15 mm to rising building elements. Press the parquet elements firmly into the adhesive bed so that the back is wetted over its full surface.
Can I use SikaBond-52 as a DIYer?
According to Sika's technical data sheet, SikaBond-52 Parquet is "intended for use by professional users only". For industrial and professional use, the REACH restriction on diisocyanates also requires training.
