Was ist der Soudal MontagePro 50A Montagekleber?
Der Soudal MontagePro 50A ist ein wasserbasierter 1-K-Acrylat-Montagekleber mit hoher Anfangshaftung für die Hartverklebung poröser und fester Baustoffe. Er ersetzt Nägel, Dübel und Schrauben bei Paneelen, Sockelleisten und Dekorelementen und gleicht Unebenheiten aus. Lieferform: 310-ml-PE-Kartusche (475 g), Farbe weiß.

Technische Eigenschaften & Verarbeitung
1-K-Acrylat-Montagekleber, wasserbasiert, lösemittel- und siliconfrei, Dichte ca. 1,30 g/ml, Farbe weiß. Anfangshaftung mind. 50 kg/m² vollflächig, offene Zeit ca. 15 Min. Verarbeitung bei +5 °C bis +35 °C mit Kartuschenpistole, als Strang oder in Punkten (Abstand mind. 15 cm). Ausgehärtet temperaturbeständig -20 °C bis +70 °C. Frischer Kleber lässt sich mit Wasser abwischen, ausgehärteter nur mechanisch. Mind. ein Untergrund sollte saugend sein; nicht für PE, PP, PTFE, Silicone, Bitumen.
Praxistipp: Vorab Haft- und Verträglichkeitstest durchführen, Verklebung bis zur Aushärtung fixieren.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use MontagePro 50A to bond tile to tile, to metal or to membrane?
No. MontagePro 50A is an acrylic adhesive and cures by releasing water into the substrate. Between two tiles, on metal or on membrane, it therefore does not dry through properly. For smooth, non-absorbent or weather-exposed surfaces, a hybrid polymer adhesive is the right choice, because it cures with moisture in the air.
How can I tell that MontagePro 50A is strong enough to remove the temporary fixing?
As a rule, remove the fixing tape after 24 hours. To check, pull gently at a non-critical end: the component must not move. The bead of adhesive that has squeezed out will then be fully cured and can no longer be pressed in.
